May 18, 2019 at 10 AM: Shabbat morning and Torah services, followed by vegetarian* potluck luncheon and adult Torah study. Chen Zabatani and Matan Kupervaser, Israeli Young Emissaries, will be with us at this service. At our potluck they will share stories about their lives in Israel and the experiences they have had during their year in the States.

HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL SERVICES
Religious services take place at Temple Israel on Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Simchat Torah, Chanukah, Tu B’Shevat, Purim, and Passover. During Passover, Temple Israel schedules a community potluck seder.
Temple Israel actively participates in the Interfaith Community and Interfaith Clergy Association in the North Quabbin region, including participation in an annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service and an Interfaith Holocaust Remembrance Day program.
