Summer, 2018:   

Saturday, July 21, 2018 - 10 AM.  Service will be held at the synagogue.  Student Rabbi Sarah Noyovitz will be leading her first service with us, and we will have a vegetarian potluck luncheon afterward.  Everyone is welcome.

Saturday, August 4, 2018 - 10 AM.  Service will be held at the Freudenheim's in Royalston.  It will be led by Rabbi Amy Lowenthal from Congregation Ahavas Achim in Keene, New Hampshire.  Potluck luncheon will follow the service.

September, 2018:  

Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and Sukkot (See below for details.)

October, 2018 - May, 2019: 

A Shabbaton weekend will be scheduled twice each month.  Services are followed by a vegetarian potluck luncheon and adult Torah study.  Other programs will be scheduled for Saturday afternoon and evening.  Religious school will generally be held on Sunday mornings, and other events will be scheduled as developed.

Holidays and Special Services

Religious services also take place at Temple Israel on Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Simchat Torah, Chanukah, Tu B’Shevat, Purim, and Passover. During Passover, Temple Israel schedules a community potluck seder.

Temple Israel actively participates in the Interfaith Community and Interfaith Clergy Association in the North Quabbin region, including participation in an annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service and an Interfaith Holocaust Remembrance Day program.

Extended family members and visitors are welcome.  Tickets are not required.
